Important Guest Notes:
The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are carried out by responsible friends every other day.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, first entrance cleaning to the villa are included in the price. Services such as extra cleaning request, bed sheet towel change, transportation, car rental are not included in the price.
At the entrance to the Villa Uğurlu; a damage deposit of 10000 TL is taken on condition of being paid back. After the necessary checks have been made for your exit from the villa, in case of any damage, your money will be refunded to your account immediately or within 1 week.
a cleaning fee of 5000 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.
If the heating system of the indoor pool in our villa is requested, it is subject to an extra fee of 1500 TL per night. The pool temperature reaches 24-27 degrees. Our guests are required to inform us that they want to heat the pool 3 days before arrival. Our guests who rent the villa www.sadetatil.com it is deemed to have accepted the terms of the distance sales agreement on the website.
