Villa Narin 1 is located in the serene village of Islamlar in the hills above Kalkan town. It is part of a small complex of stone built holiday properties which has 10 villas in total. The villa is spaced across one floor and has an open-plan living room and kitchen with chic furnishings and a garden view. There are two en-suite bedrooms which are light and spacious and have access to the pool terrace. An indoor heated pool is available with shower and lounging area provided which means villa Narin 1 is available to rent all year round. The pool terrace has a small garden and trees to the front with hammock and traditional ottoman corner seating. An infinity pool sits at the center of the terrace with a shallow end where sunbeds can sit in the pool . At the side of the terrace is a built-in stone BBQ with connecting bar for outdoor dining.

Pool Sizes: Length : 11 meters, Width: 3,5 meters, Depth: 1,50 meters.
Indoor Pool Sizes: Length : 3,90 meters, Width: 2,70 meters, Depth: 1,30 meters.
Details: The indoor pool is heated and can be adjusted for an extra fee of 100 EURO per week on request. The maximum temperature is 27-29 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.
From 15th September-15th June the pools heating system can be turned on free of charge.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, first entry cleaning of the villa is included in the price. Services such as extra cleaning request, bed linen change, transportation, car rental, etc. are not included in the price.
For the Villa Narin 1 (KAL411) you will need to pay £ 100 a damage deposit. If you do not have any damage after your exit from the villa, you will be refunded your money.
