Villa Aura A , is our 3 bedroom villa located in the Central area of Kalkan. It is located quite close to the city center of Kalkan and has a great view. It is an ideal option for crowded family and friend groups.
NOTE 1: Our villa is in the form of an adjacent order. Villa Aura A which has a twin villa, is located next to it. The entrances and exits of both villas are independent of each other.

Important Guest Notes:
The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are carried out by responsible friends every other day.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, first entrance cleaning to the villa are included in the price. Services such as extra cleaning request, bed sheet towel change, transportation, car rental are not included in the price.
At the entrance to Villa Aura B; a damage deposit of 100 GBP is taken, provided that it is paid back. After the necessary checks have been made for your exit from the villa, in case of any damage, your money will be refunded to your account immediately or within 1 week.
a cleaning fee of 200 GBP is requested for stays under 6 nights.
The heating system located in the indoor pool of our villa is optional and is activated for 1000 TL per day. Guests are required to specify their heating request 3 days before check-in. The pool temperature reaches 27-30 degrees. Our guests who rent the villa www.unlimited-holidays.com it is deemed to have accepted the terms of the distance sales agreement on the website.
