The villa is maintained over day by friends in charge of taking care of the pool and garden.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, first entry cleaning of the villa is included in the price. Services such as extra cleaning request, bed linen change, transportation, car rental, etc. are not included in the price.
For the Apart Tulip you will need to pay £ 100 a damage deposit. If you do not have any damage after your exit from the villa, you will be refunded your money.
Our guests who rent the villa are considered to have accepted the terms of the distance sales contract on www.unlimited-holidays.com website.
